Your character doesn't speak or assists in interpreting things so it's up to you the player to think, conjecture and solve cases through deduction. This gives you a lot of different paths and suddenly discovering a certain clue can offer the solution to several cases. Unlike a lot of puzzle games that can be frustrating/annoying due their linear sequence of puzzles this game offers you a wide variety of interconnected cases to investigate from the start. With simple tools, a map, a sketch and a passenger's list you delve into a layered and interesting plot. It often helped for me.įor me it's one of the most ingenious puzzle games in all it's facets, a true gem. Since it's a murder mystery you don't want too much time in between gaming sessions but when you are stuck, take a break and come back with a fresh look.
